Want to develop land but it's stuck in the city plan?
Rapid changes in Thailand’s climate and environment have resulted in the enforcement of city plans in each area not supporting the actual development patterns or may result in the deprivation of development rights on people’s land plots. The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning has recognized the problem and has specified in the Town Planning Act B.E. 2562, Section 35, to provide an opportunity for people to submit a request for amendments to the city plan for a specific area or a specific part. The participation of people in determining the direction of development of their own areas will help the development of cities and communities to be sustainable and truly respond to the needs of the people.
